The Operations Intern for Education Project is responsible for managing both operational logistics and dedicated student support.

This position focuses on essential administrative and financial processes, including executing and tracking contractor payments to guarantee timely processing, managing CRM tasks within Salesforce, and validating technical and content updates on the learning platform.

A successful candidate will combine a strong commitment to attention to detail, a foundational interest in financial processes, and excellent communication skills, which are all vital for maintaining operational stability and maximizing student satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Execute and follow up on contractor payments to ensure timely processing.
  • Send emails through Salesforce and manage CRM-related tasks.
  • Test and validate technical and content implementations on the platform.
  • Respond to student inquiries across various communication channels (email, chat, etc.).
  • Provide direct support to students, addressing their needs and ensuring a smooth learning experience.
  • Education and background

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field, such as: Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics.
  • Professional focus and learning opportunity

  • We are seeking a candidate with a strong interest and focus on economic and financial management within a business context. This internship offers valuable exposure to:
  • - End-to-End Payments Cycle: Gain a global perspective on payment management and control, from invoicing and system registration to final payment release by the Treasury department.

    - Budget Management: Involvement in both the budget preparation process and ongoing performance tracking and control.

    - Professional Networking: An excellent first opportunity to interact with internal Finance teams and external vendors/suppliers.
