Join Aleph’s Global Sourcing Internship Program, a six-month, immersive learning experience where you’ll partner with our amazing and dynamic Global Talent Acquisition team and our hiring managers from 4 continents. About the Role

As a Talent Sourcing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of identifying and attracting top talent for our multiple vacancies worldwide. This isn't just an internship: it's a foundational learning experience where you'll gain hands-on expertise in direct search and sourcing methodologies in a truly global context. You'll learn best practices, develop a solid understanding of the Talent Acquisition lifecycle, and become an expert in finding the right people for the right roles, no matter where they are!
