Are you a Russian-speaking digital marketing professional with experience in paid-social platforms and a solid understanding of traffic acquisition?

Join Aleph as a Client Solutions Manager and help drive the success of top brands’ campaigns. This role is perfect for someone coming from sales, business development, or media buying, who is eager to apply their expertise in social advertising platforms like TikTok, Meta, Snap, X, or Reddit.

What you'll do:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with Russian-speaking clients, understanding their marketing objectives and ensuring campaign success.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute paid-social strategies across platforms, leveraging your understanding of traffic acquisition and campaign optimization.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor campaigns, analyze results, and provide actionable insights to maximize ROI.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams—sales, creative, and technical—to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Innovation & Market Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activity to bring fresh ideas that improve campaign performance.
  • What you need for this role:

  • 1–3 years of experience in client solutions, account management, sales, business development, or media buying.
  • Hands-on experience with paid-social platforms (preferably TikTok, but Meta, Snap, X, or Reddit are also acceptable).
  • Understanding of effective traffic acquisition and campaign optimization.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills in Russian and English, both internally and externally.
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a drive to deliver exceptional client outcomes.
