We’re looking for a Campaign Manager to join our growing team in Almaty. In this role, you’ll take the lead on executing and optimizing advertising campaigns across some of the world’s most impactful platforms like Twitter, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, Microsoft, and more.

What You'll Do

• Launch, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns across a variety of digital platforms.
• Track and manage high-value clients, offering strategic recommendations for campaign performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams—creative, analytics, client success—to deliver best-in-class service to both global and local clients.
• Prepare performance reports and insights that support billing and campaign wrap-ups.
• Contribute to strategies for new ad formats and emerging media.
• Build advanced audience segmentation using 1st- and 3rd-party data, leveraging top-tier retargeting tactics.
• Deliver data-driven campaign performance analysis and insights.
• Act as a go-to expert on ad platforms, proactively suggesting solutions to meet client business goals.

What you need for this role

• 3+ years of experience in digital advertising, campaign management, ad ops, or user acquisition.
• Strong experience and expertise in managing paid search campaigns (Google Ads).
• Hands-on experience with other platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Yandex, Snapchat, X, and more.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing and social platforms.
• Sharp analytical and critical thinking skills, with a proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Experience with pixel setup, mobile tracking solutions, and app marketing analytics.
• Attention to detail, data accuracy, and high accountability.
• Fluent in English (written & verbal); Excel-savvy or confident in similar tools.
