Identify and acquire Microsoft Advertising clients in Mexico
Design consultative proposals that align with client goals and industry trends
Build trust-based client relationships as advisor and advocate within Microsoft Advertising
Leverage performance data and insights to identify opportunities
Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and forecasts

🎯 Requirements

Minimum 4 years in online advertising, media sales, BD or marketing
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales goals
Deep market knowledge and strong industry connections
Experience with performance advertisers and their challenges
Experience managing and optimizing performance campaigns (ROAS, CPA, CPL)
Fluent English (required)
