As a member of our sales team, you’ll play a vital role in driving revenue growth. Your focus will be on strategic client engagement and acquisition.

Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and acquire potential clients for Microsoft Advertising in Brazil.
  • Pitch Microsoft Advertising (MSA) solutions, tailored to the Advertisers’ or agencies’ needs (new and existing clients).
  • Develop trust-based relationships with the customers, to ensure satisfaction with MSA products and Aleph service.
  • Gather and submit client feedback on Microsoft Advertising products to the Microsoft team.
  • Collaborate with Aleph Account Managers providing support to advertisers and agencies in the book of business.
  • Represent Aleph and MSA at local and regional industry and marketing events
  • Ensure proper contractual paperwork and timely submission of invoices and reports
  • Liaise with internal departments at Aleph with regards to onboarding new clients and servicing existing ones
  • Provide sales forecasts and market updates to Aleph management
  • Qualifications

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in online advertising, media sales, business development or marketing.
  • Experience working with performance advertisers with a deep understanding of their challenges.
  • Proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales goals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Deep market knowledge and strong industry connections.
  • Experience managing sales or agency teams.
  • Personal Skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn.
  • Analytical acumen and attention to detail.
  • Languages

  • English (required)
  • Portuguese (required)
  • Spanish (desirable)
