Join our Growth Marketing team as a technical expert who transforms how we execute campaigns and leverage data. As a Sr. Marketing Operations Specialist (HubSpot), you'll independently lead tool implementations, optimize marketing processes, and bridge the gap between technology and strategy across corporate, partnership, and event initiatives.

Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll turn complex marketing challenges into streamlined solutions that enhance both team efficiency and customer experience. This role offers the perfect blend of technical problem-solving and strategic impact, with the autonomy to drive meaningful improvements across our marketing operations.

Candidates should be comfortable working remotely/work from home anywhere within the US.

Primary Duties:

Marketing Tech Stack:

  • Manage governance of overall HubSpot processes across marketing
  • Collaborates with Marketing and Operations teams to optimize system infrastructure
  • Provide technical support/guidance for HubSpot users building advanced workflows, including conditional logic, workflow branching, and enrollment triggers as needed
  • Monitor and support campaign/digital team with marketing audiences, workflows, and lists (as needed)
  • Ensure accurate attribution, reporting, and lead tracking
  • Salesforce & Data Support:

  • Oversees lifecycle marketing, ensuring seamless integration between HubSpot and Salesforce
  • Review and monitor marketing lists for targeted accounts
  • Support campaign setup and data sync between HubSpot & Salesforce
  • Assist with event campaign setup in Salesforce
  • Campaign Execution & Reporting:

  • Manage campaign/asset QR code creation, tracking, and analytics
  • Clean and maintain form data for accurate reporting QR code
  • Support Qualtrics (payer opt in/out) survey updates and integration
  • Tech Stack Support & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the Tech Stack Lead to support integration points for marketing tools
  • Provide troubleshooting and team support on existing tech tools
  • Identify opportunities for workflow optimizations and automations
  • New Tech Implementation & Optimization:

  • Supports aligning marketing operations with evolving MarTech trends, identifying and integrating new technologies; assisting in researching, onboarding, and integrating
  • Document best practices, processes and reporting for newly implemented tools
  • Support adoption and training for marketing users
  • Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
  • HubSpot certification
  • 3+ years experience managing the HubSpot marketing automation platform for an organization
  • 5+ years combined experience in any of the following: project lead, affinity marketing, marketing operations, digital marketing, demand generation, B2B marketing, agency, marketing analytics
  • Strong project lead skills (PMI and/or SCRUM certification a plus), with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Preferred KSA's:

  • Proficiency in other platforms (e.g., Monday.com and email marketing tools)
  • Experience in implementing and onboarding new tools and technologies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to support cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment
  • Analytical mindset with experience tracking, reporting, and optimizing campaigns.
  • Demonstrated strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
  • Familiarity with B2B marketing principles, loyalty programs, and client engagement best practices
  • Physical Requirements:

  • Sitting for prolonged periods of time. Extensive use of computers and keyboard. Occasional walking and lifting may be required.

    Compensation

    Salary Range: $70,000-$85,000 base + bonus + equity

    Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience.
