📋 Description

  • Lead clinical engagement in Michigan to drive value-based care.
  • Leverage KPI metrics to identify improvement opportunities and guide weekly worklists.

🎯 Requirements

  • Must be a resident of Michigan.
  • Doctorate in Medicine (MD or DO) required.
  • Residency in family medicine, internal medicine, or geriatrics.
  • 2+ years direct clinical (patient care) experience; QI/population health experience helpful.
  • Strong skills: clinical program development, analytics, project management, communication.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to on-site practices.
