📋 Description

• Support the Compliance Director on ethical practices and regulatory adherence.
• Focus on compliance for new business initiatives and alternate payment models.
• Assess risks, implement programs, and foster a culture of compliance.
• Collaborate with Legal-Regulatory to translate regulations into actions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field.
• 5+ years in healthcare compliance program management.
• HIPAA knowledge and fraud/abuse laws (Stark/AKS/False Claims Act).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience applying risk assessments to business decisions in unclear areas.
