Overview

Alchemy is seeking a Strategic Partnerships SDR to help build and scale our partner ecosystem. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying strategic partnership opportunities, performing outbound outreach to potential partners, and collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Product to drive partner-led growth. You will own parts of the partner qualification process, schedule introductory calls, and help move opportunities through the funnel. This on-site role is based in New York or San Francisco, United States.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify strategic partnership opportunities with potential tech, channel, and GTM partners.
  • Conduct outbound outreach to target partners and manage outreach activities.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product to define and execute co-sell motions.
  • Maintain partner-related data in CRM; track pipeline and metrics.
  • Support cross-functional programs to accelerate partner-led growth.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years in SDR, business development, partnerships, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple opportunities and meet targets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
