Recruiting Assistant (Bucharest)

Overview

Alchemy is seeking a Recruiting Assistant to join our team in Bucharest. This entry-level role supports the recruitment process by coordinating scheduling, screening applications, and assisting the recruiting team to ensure a smooth experience for candidates. Based in Bucharest, you will help with interview coordination, candidate communications, and basic HR administrative tasks while gaining exposure to talent acquisition practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview logistics and scheduling with candidates and hiring teams
• Screen resumes and assist in prescreening candidates
• Maintain applicant tracking and candidate communications
• Assist with job postings, candidate outreach, and onboarding tasks
• Support HR operations and administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good written and verbal English; Romanian language skills are a plus
