Role overview

As a Product Engineer, you will own the end-to-end implementation of product features, from conception through deployment. You will balance user experience with scalable engineering solutions, write clean code, and participate in a culture of rapid iteration and learning.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, and maintain product features across web and backend systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define specifications and roadmaps
Write clean, well-tested code and participate in code reviews
Contribute to architecture decisions and performance improvements
Monitor application reliability and continuously improve user experience

Requirements

Strong programming skills and a track record of shipping customer-focused software
Experience with modern web stacks and collaborative development
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork abilities
