⭐️ The Field Marketer job ⭐️

We are looking for an experienced Field Marketer to join our team in Belgium. The core purpose of this role is to open doors to Sales by strengthening Alan's reputation and awareness amongst the HR community and generating business opportunities through targeted field initiatives.

As the sole Field Marketer on the ground representing Alan in Belgium, you will be shaping our strategy and representing Alan on a daily basis in key business networks.

Here is how your key outcomes will look like:

  1. Execute high-impact field events: Organize and run strategic events targeting HR professionals, ensuring measurable business outcomes.

  2. Build and maintain HR network relationships: Establish and nurture key partnerships with HR influencers, business federations leaders and decision-makers.

  3. Increase Alan’s brand presence in the Belgian HR ecosystem: Drive engagement and visibility through field marketing, content, and partnerships.

  4. Generate business opportunities for sales: Work closely with the sales team to convert brand awareness into leads and pipeline growth.

  5. Develop localized marketing content: Create compelling event materials, messaging, and communications tailored to the Belgian HR audience.

  6. Establish Alan as a thought leader: Position Alan within the HR community through strategic collaborations, speaking engagements, and industry recognition.

⭐ Is it you we’re looking for?

We're looking for someone who combines marketing expertise with strategic networking abilities, has a deep understanding of the HR ecosystem, and can autonomously drive brand awareness and lead generation in complex B2B landscapes.

The ideal candidate will bring versatility and strong fundamentals in field marketing, in addition to proven event marketing experience. They should be excited about scaling-up Alan's presence in Belgium, helping us develop our thought leadership in the HR community while effectively converting brand visibility into tangible business opportunities for our sales team.

You may be a great fit at Alan if you have/are:

  • 5+ experience in sales or field marketing

  • Full English Fluency (written and spoken)

  • Native-level of French and/or Dutch

  • A previous experience creating and executing localized marketing campaigns.

  • A strong ability to plan, execute, and measure events impact and ROI.

  • Excellent networking and pitching skills with C-levels and HR audiences.

  • Strong communication and content creation skills (copywriting and visual design).

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment.

  • Strong ownership and accountability in delivering results.

  • Collaborative and able to influence cross-functional teams.
