Overview
Akuity is seeking a Technical Customer Success Manager for the North America West region. This remote role will partner with customers to drive successful adoption of Akuity's platform and serve as a trusted technical advisor.
What you'll do
- Own the technical success of customers in NA West from onboarding to renewal.
- Onboard, configure, and integrate Akuity's platform with customer environments; guide best practices.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to ensure customer outcomes and expansion opportunities.
- Proactively monitor health metrics and drive adoption plans; manage risk and escalations.
- Provide technical guidance on APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities; deliver training to customer teams.
- Gather product feedback and relay customer needs to product and engineering teams.
What we're looking for
- 3+ years in customer success, solutions engineering, or technical account management.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate complex technical concepts to multiple stakeholders.
- Technical fluency with APIs, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure), and modern SaaS stacks.
- Experience with onboarding, adoption strategies, and customer advocacy.
- Ability to work independently in a distributed, remote environment.
