📋 Description

  • Manage a portfolio of strategic accounts across the customer lifecycle.
  • Build relationships with customers and act as trusted advisor.
  • Lead strategic meetings and Executive Business Reviews.
  • Drive implementation and onboarding to accelerate time to value.
  • Develop and nurture customers for advocacy and partnership.
  • Define and track business/technical goals, KPIs, and success metrics.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Mgmt, or similar.
  • Experience working with clients of all sizes.
  • Strong written and verbal comms; explain tech to engineers/executives.
  • Self-starter; able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Curious; eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced setting.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
