Role overview

As the Sales Engineer for NA East, you will partner with the sales team to articulate technical value, deliver compelling demonstrations, and guide potential customers through technical evaluations and proof-of-concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery calls and deliver engaging product demonstrations tailored to customer needs
• Architect and present end-to-end deployment scenarios on Kubernetes and cloud environments
• Respond to technical questions, RFPs, and evaluate customer requirements
• Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Engineers, and Product teams to craft compelling technical proposals
• Provide customer feedback to product and success teams to improve the offering

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a sales engineering, solutions engineering, or equivalent customer-facing technical role
• Strong experience with Kubernetes, containerization, and CI/CD workflows
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Location and work model

Remote - North America. This role operates in a fully remote capacity within the NA region.
