AKKO is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to turn data into actionable insights that drive product, marketing, and operations decisions. This role offers remote work options across India (Pune or Bangalore preferred) with collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL, Python, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI).
Develop data models, ETL processes, and data quality checks to ensure trustworthy analytics.
Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends and opportunities; translate findings into clear recommendations.
Partner with product, marketing, and engineering to drive data-informed decisions.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to data governance and documentation.

Requirements

4+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field.
Strong SQL skills and proficiency in Python (pandas).
Experience with Tableau or Power BI and data visualization.
Knowledge of data modeling, ETL, and data warehousing concepts.
Excellent communication and storytelling with data; ability to explain complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
