The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Sourcer to join our growing Talent team and help us identify, engage, and hire world-class engineers, data scientists, and product builders who are shaping the future of healthcare through technology. You’ll play a key role in building a high-performing team at the intersection of healthcare and AI — partnering closely with hiring managers and recruiters to drive top-of-funnel strategy and candidate experience.

What you’ll do

• Build and manage diverse pipelines of top technical talent across engineering, data, and product roles

• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements and define sourcing strategies

• Drive outbound sourcing through Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and creative outreach channels

• Own candidate engagement from first touch to recruiter handoff, ensuring a personalized and high-quality experience

• Track and analyze sourcing metrics to improve conversion rates and time-to-fill

• Collaborate cross-functionally to continuously refine messaging, pitch strategy, and brand positioning

• Maintain accurate data hygiene within Greenhouse and other sourcing tools

Who you are

• 5+ years of technical sourcing experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments

• Proven success identifying and engaging top engineers, data scientists, or product talent

• Expert-level proficiency with Gem; experience with Greenhouse strongly preferred

• Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail

• A creative, resourceful sourcer who thrives on solving complex talent challenges

• Highly organized, data-driven, and comfortable managing multiple searches simultaneously

• Passionate about building inclusive, mission-driven teams and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
