Overview

Join Akido as a Project Manager focused on Healthcare Operations. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery of critical healthcare operations projects that support data-driven decision making and improved patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and close healthcare operations projects, ensuring milestones, budgets, and scope are managed effectively.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across product, engineering, clinical operations, and analytics.
• Define project scope, goals, success metrics, and drive project plans with clear timelines.
• Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; develop mitigation strategies and escalate as needed.
• Communicate status to leadership and stakeholders; produce regular status reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize processes and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with data privacy and healthcare regulatory requirements where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, operations management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in healthcare, digital health, or healthcare operations.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Jira, or equivalent) and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• PMI/PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
