🎯 Requirements
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Board certified or eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
- 2-4 years of primary care or community-based care.
- Active New York State medical license and DEA license.
- Experience serving underserved populations; strong communication & cross-cultural skills.
- Comfort with mobile, field-based, and virtual care settings.
