Junior PC Technician

Overview

Akido is seeking a Junior PC Technician to join our team in Pomona, CA. This entry-level role supports basic computer hardware and software tasks, assists with PC setup and maintenance, and provides on-site IT support under the guidance of senior technicians. Responsibilities include assembling and configuring computers, performing basic hardware troubleshooting, imaging and deploying systems, maintaining inventory, and assisting end-users. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, an interest in computer hardware, basic knowledge of Windows and macOS, strong communication and organizational skills, and a willingness to learn. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for growth at Akido.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and configure computers and peripherals
• Perform basic hardware troubleshooting and repair
• Image computers and deploy operating systems
• Maintain inventory and assist with equipment maintenance
• Provide friendly IT support to end-users
