Role Overview

As ECM Program Manager, you will oversee enterprise content management programs from inception to completion, align stakeholders, manage timelines and resources, and ensure the delivery of scalable ECM solutions that meet business goals.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope, objectives, and success metrics for ECM initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, engineering, legal, and IT stakeholders.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Track progress, report status to leadership, and ensure on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance and governance for ECM processes and data handling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Hands-on experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems.
