- Own a portfolio of CBO partnerships from first convo through launch and growth in Los Angeles.
- Map decision-makers and champions at each partner site; build trusted relationships with program staff.
- Co-design referral pathways, onsite presence, and workflow with partners to enroll eligible patients.
- Lead site-level sessions with CBO staff and participants to surface concerns and boost referrals.
- Serve as liaison between partners and Akido; translate needs into clear ops/clinical/data requirements.
- Drive cross-functional problem-solving to unblock progress.
🎯 Requirements
- 4-5 years in community organizing, CBO leadership, or safety-net partnerships.
- Background in political campaigns/field organizing or large CBO leadership preferred.
- Proven ability to build multi-stakeholder initiatives across partners.
- Comfortable working around homelessness, reentry, mental health, and substance use.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills with diverse audiences.
- Structured, execution-oriented; can drive multiple sites and plans.
