📋 Description

  • Own a portfolio of CBO partnerships from first convo through launch and growth in Los Angeles.
  • Map decision-makers and champions at each partner site; build trusted relationships with program staff.
  • Co-design referral pathways, onsite presence, and workflow with partners to enroll eligible patients.
  • Lead site-level sessions with CBO staff and participants to surface concerns and boost referrals.
  • Serve as liaison between partners and Akido; translate needs into clear ops/clinical/data requirements.
  • Drive cross-functional problem-solving to unblock progress.

🎯 Requirements

  • 4-5 years in community organizing, CBO leadership, or safety-net partnerships.
  • Background in political campaigns/field organizing or large CBO leadership preferred.
  • Proven ability to build multi-stakeholder initiatives across partners.
  • Comfortable working around homelessness, reentry, mental health, and substance use.
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills with diverse audiences.
  • Structured, execution-oriented; can drive multiple sites and plans.
