What we're looking for

• 3+ years of IT support/engineering experience in a fast-paced environment

• Strong knowledge of macOS, Google Workspace, and SaaS application management

• Experience with MDM tools (Jamf) and endpoint security solutions

• Familiarity with identity and access management

• Solid understanding of network protocols, Wi-Fi, and video conferencing systems

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a customer-first mindset

• Experience automating IT workflows or working with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)

What you’ll do

• Provide day-to-day IT support for employees across US and Europe

• Onboard and offboard employees, managing accounts, devices, and access rights

• Manage MDM and endpoint security tools to keep our fleet of MacBooks secure

• Maintain and improve core IT systems, including Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and SaaS integrations

• Troubleshoot and resolve network, Wi-Fi, and conferencing setup issues

• Help design and enforce IT policies and security best practices aligned with SOC 2/ISO standards

• Collaborate with security and engineering teams to ensure IT infrastructure supports compliance and growth
