What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in infrastructure or platform engineering

• Deep expertise with AWS (multi-account setups, IAM, security best practices)

• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes (EKS) and container orchestration

• Strong skills in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, GitOps workflows)

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, observability, and monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, OTEL)

• Programming ability in Python for infrastructure tooling

• Bonus: experience in cybersecurity, compliance frameworks (SOC2/ISO), or AI/ML infrastructure

What you’ll do

• Architect and implement multi-account AWS environments with strong security and isolation

• Design and deploy Kubernetes clusters to run production workloads at scale

• Establish Infrastructure as Code practices and GitOps workflows for automated deployments

• Build self-service infrastructure tools that make secure developer workflows easy

• Enhance observability and monitoring systems across cloud and container environments

• Partner with engineering to ensure our platform is secure, reliable, and ready to scale
