📋 Description

  • Coordinate and track certification activities, schedules, deliverables
  • Prepare, review, and format FAA submission docs
  • Maintain document control systems and ensure configuration accuracy
  • Support compliance tracking and certification milestone reporting
  • Organize team meetings, maintain action item logs, and follow up on commitments
  • Assist engineers with documentation, data compilation, regulatory correspondence
  • Ensure records are complete, audit-ready, aligned with regulatory requirements
  • Provide cross-functional support to keep certification programs on track

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Aviation, Engineering, or related field)
  • 1–3 years in project coordination, aerospace, engineering support, or regulated industries
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint)
  • Experience with document control, Power BI, and PLM tools is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in deadline-driven work
  • Strong interest in aviation and aerospace certification
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to assist wherever needed and learn new processes
  • High level of professionalism and discretion
  • Desire to grow into broader certification or regulatory roles
