🎯 Requirements

• 7 years in full-cycle Talent Acquisition for GTM/Corporate in tech startups.
• Ability to work with executives and influence decision-making.
• Data-driven: use analytics to drive decisions and optimize recruiting.
• Proven multi-channel sourcing strategies to engage talent.
• Strong sense of urgency to deliver in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; present data clearly.
