🎯 Requirements
- 8–15 years full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles (Finance/Legal/Marketing) in tech.
- Proven ability to build creative sourcing plans for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
- Hands-on offer negotiation and candidate closing expertise.
- Autonomous, able to influence stakeholders and move fast.
- Excellent English communication; strong work ethic and humility.
- Preferred: cross-functional recruiting, analytics/AI, mentoring, Bachelor's in HR/Business, diversity.
