📋 Description

  • Own end-to-end recruitment for mid–senior corporate roles (sourcing to onboarding).
  • Develop creative, data-driven sourcing via LinkedIn, market mapping, outreach, and AI tools.
  • Manage high-volume requisitions in a fast-growth fintech with speed and quality.
  • Partner with executives and hiring managers to define needs and hiring strategies.
  • Deliver great candidate experience and champion Airwallex employer brand.
  • Use Ashby ATS and recruitment analytics to track metrics.

🎯 Requirements

  • 8–15 years full-cycle recruiting for corporate roles (Finance/Legal/Marketing) in tech.
  • Proven ability to build creative sourcing plans for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Hands-on offer negotiation and candidate closing expertise.
  • Autonomous, able to influence stakeholders and move fast.
  • Excellent English communication; strong work ethic and humility.
  • Preferred: cross-functional recruiting, analytics/AI, mentoring, Bachelor's in HR/Business, diversity.
