🎯 Requirements

• 6–12 years full-cycle recruiting in tech/fintech with GTM focus.
• Strong sourcing for high-volume and hard-to-fill roles.
• Hands-on offer negotiation and candidate closing.
• Autonomous, able to influence stakeholders and move fast.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Familiarity with recruitment analytics, AI tools, and process improvements.
