- Define and own Airwallex’s embedded finance product strategy, solution design, roadmap, and delivery plans.
- Collaborate with engineering, design and commercial teams to build, launch, iterate embedded finance products (payments, card issuing, banking-as-a-service, FX) with scalability.
- Partner with platforms and marketplaces to drive integration and adoption across regions.
- Deeply understand user needs, target markets, and competitive landscape; use feedback to inform strategy and prioritization.
- Manage tradeoffs between long-term vision and near-term growth in a data-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing Product Management team; champion developer experience and API/component excellence; monitor product performance.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 5+ years in Product Management incl. GTM, design, planning.
- Global-scale fintech/SaaS/payments/platforms experience.
- Balance user needs with commercial strategy to drive growth.
- Proven API/platform integration and technical GTM launches.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable across time zones.
