7+ years in a quantitative field with an advanced degree (PhD/MS).
Excellent communication; experience influencing strategy with exec stakeholders.
Expertise in causal inference methods and forecasting.
Expertise in SQL and scripting languages like Python/R.
Experience with Airflow, Databricks, and dbt.
