Design, build, and operate backend services for issuing, transactions, and settlement.
Design scalable, resilient distributed systems.
Write high-quality, well-tested code with maintainability and ops readiness.
Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and incident retrospectives.
Design and implement RESTful APIs for internal/external use.
Ensure APIs are reliable, well-documented, and easy to integrate.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor degree or above in CS or software engineering.
5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
Strong backend development in Java, Kotlin, Go, or Python.
Experience building and operating distributed systems.
Hands-on with event-driven architectures, e.g., Kafka.
Cloud experience with GCP or AWS, including Docker and Kubernetes.
