Key Responsibilities:
Run and manage the technical setup of new regional expansions for the Issuing Product
Liaise with 3rd parties - Visa/Mastercard, Apple/Google, Idemia, Local Banks etc
Partner with SE team to deploy new whitelabel platform programs to market
Support the implementation of core infrastructure and expansion for the Issuing product
Responsible for partner reporting and compliance

Senior Product Manager, Technical Programs (P3), Core Infrastructure — Ideal Profile & Requirements
Education & Graduation
Graduation Year: 2014–2020
Degree: Bachelor’s or higher in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics)
Professional Experience
Product or Technical Program Management Experience
Previously a Product Manager or Technical Program Manager from another technology company
Program Managers (Non-Technical) are not acceptable
Candidates who transitioned from Software Engineering to Product Management/TPM are acceptable and desirable
Startup experience is preferred, especially in roles with broad responsibility or founder-level exposure
Rapidly promoted/Demonstrated performance in Operations roles also considered. Needs to have experience working with a product team and willingness to be technical
Current/Recent Roles
Product Manager or Startup Founder, ideally with end-to-end product ownership
Domain Expertise
Demonstrated ability to operate in ambiguous environments
Experience building or scaling products in enterprise software or other complex, technical domains (Fintech experience is not mandatory)
Proven track record of delivering products in technically challenging spaces under time and business pressure
Soft Skills & Leadership
Ability to engage deeply with technical topics and stakeholders
Strong communication skills: well-spoken and confident
