- Lead development of financial markets infrastructure for internal and customer-facing teams.
- Includes price construction/distribution, market risk management & position keeping, liquidity management interfaces.
- Collaborate with Treasury to optimize liquidity and provide reporting/control.
- Work with other product domains to enable access to financial services with minimal intervention.
- Define and lead FX and stablecoin product strategy, including UX, architecture, pricing & execution.
- This role can be based in Melbourne, Singapore or SF.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferably in CS, Math or Finance
- Experience PM building products from 0-1
- Customer mindset
- Experience delivering capability to market
- Excellent communication to tech and non-tech audiences
- Attention to detail; inform decisions with data & first-principles
- Drive, grit, ownership to move ideas to reality quickly
- Thrive in cross-cultural and cross-functional teams
- Balance user requirements with commercial strategy for growth
- Bonus: FX or Stablecoin experience
