Minimum Qualifications

- Experience leading or coaching a small SDR team.
- Strong ICP acumen to identify and iterate ICP.
- Proven ability to generate qualified pipeline with disciplined execution.
- Hustler mentality: scrappy, persistent, comfortable with ambiguity.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience scaling SDR teams in high-growth fintech/startups.
- Payments/financial infra experience (collections, payouts, FX).
- Experience leveraging AI/automation to boost SDR productivity.
- Cross-functional work with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps.
