Deliver cross-functional work with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data Science.
Influence strategy; translate insights into roadmap and resourcing.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years' Growth experience leading end-to-end experiments.
Bachelor's degree in relevant disciplines.
Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Fintech, product-led growth, or B2B SaaS experience.
Experience in fast-paced startups or scale-ups.
MBA or Master’s degree is a plus.
