Engineering Manager - AI Tools (Security)

📋 Description

• Manage and lead a team of engineers, delivering AI security tooling.
• Own team execution: planning, prioritization, resourcing, and performance.
• Lead the development of AI tools from inception to implementation.
• Support incident response with ad-hoc tools for threat hunting and scanners.
• Build, monitor, and maintain infra including Kubernetes, serverless, ETL pipelines.
• Mentor and grow other Software Engineers on the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience leading software engineering teams with mentorship and feedback.
• Ability to translate business and security goals into execution plans.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Experience with Python and Golang or C/C++ in production code.
• Experience with modern cloud infrastructure, data pipelines, serverless, and Kubernetes.
