🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years of professional software engineering with 2+ years in people leadership.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- Strong backend experience in Java, Kotlin, Go, or Python.
- Experience designing and delivering large-scale distributed production systems.
- Hands-on with event-driven and streaming architectures (e.g., Kafka).
- Experience designing and operating RESTful APIs at scale.
- Cloud experience with GCP (preferred) or AWS, incl. Docker and Kubernetes.
- Familiarity with observability tooling (Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus).
