🎯 Requirements
- 10+ years in Growth Operations, RevOps, MarTech in high-growth B2B SaaS or Fintech.
- 3+ years formal people management leading technical or systems-focused teams.
- Deep knowledge of core B2B revenue systems (Salesforce CRM and Marketo/HubSpot/Pardot).
- Proven track record of quantitative, hypothesis-driven growth (ideation, A/B testing, analysis, scaling).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.
- Specific experience with Salesforce and/or marketing platforms such as Marketo.
- Understanding of global regulatory/technical challenges of scaling FinTech across APAC, EMEA, US.
- Technical background or experience working with engineering to build custom solutions.
