📋 Description

  • Define multi-year vision, strategy, and roadmap for Growth Systems.
  • Align with Sales/Marketing leaders to uplift productivity and drive growth.
  • Partner with Growth PMs and Data Science on high-leverage hypotheses.
  • Lead architecture for CRM, Marketing Automation, Experimentation, and CDP.
  • Pilot AI/ML tools to automate processes and accelerate growth outcomes.
  • Oversee optimization of core revenue systems (Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach) and data integrity.

🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Growth Operations, RevOps, MarTech in high-growth B2B SaaS or Fintech.
  • 3+ years formal people management leading technical or systems-focused teams.
  • Deep knowledge of core B2B revenue systems (Salesforce CRM and Marketo/HubSpot/Pardot).
  • Proven track record of quantitative, hypothesis-driven growth (ideation, A/B testing, analysis, scaling).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication with executive stakeholders.
  • Specific experience with Salesforce and/or marketing platforms such as Marketo.
  • Understanding of global regulatory/technical challenges of scaling FinTech across APAC, EMEA, US.
  • Technical background or experience working with engineering to build custom solutions.
