🎯 Requirements

  • 10+ years in Growth Ops/RevOps/MarTech in B2B SaaS/Fintech.
  • 3+ years people management of technical teams.
  • Deep knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot.
  • Data-driven growth with hypothesis testing and scaling.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication for executives.
  • Preferred: Salesforce/Marketo experience and global scaling.
