📋 Description

  • Drive GTM strategy to boost product adoption, revenue, and retention.

🎯 Requirements

  • 12+ years in sales or account management; 8+ in leadership (fintech/payments).
  • Proven track record leading high-performing teams to ambitious targets.
  • Analytical with ability to drive strategic planning and data-driven decisions.
  • Deep fintech/payments knowledge including regulations and trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree a plus; strong communication.
  • Experience GTM strategy, product adoption, and managing complex client portfolios.
