Manage fraud detection capabilities and mitigate impacts.
Provide data-driven insights from fraud trends and improve controls.
Manage SLAs and deadlines to meet goals.
Ensure adherence to local/global compliance policies.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in card payment fraud, including dispute management and fraud rules/alerts.
Willingness to learn new processes quickly.
Owns work with attention to detail.
Strong analytical skills: Excel, BI tools, and SQL.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Technology.
Experience in a global environment preferred.
FinTech or start-up experience preferred.
