📋 Description

  • Acquire and manage relationships with ambassadors and strategic partners (e-commerce, accounting, startups).
  • Manage all processes for partnerships (prospecting, meetings, contracting, onboarding, activation).
  • Overachieve revenue targets through referrals from partnerships.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (legal, strategy, operations, finance).
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with partners to build long-lasting relationships.
  • Contribute ideas to senior Airwallex stakeholders on strengthening our partner network.

🎯 Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in partnership, sales, marketing or business development.
  • Experience in negotiation and partnership proposal development.
  • Experience in strategy/ops or working in tech/startups advantageous.
  • Existing network with referral partners in accounting, technology, e-commerce, or startups.
  • Excellent written, verbal and in-person communication skills (Korean & English).
  • Strong analytical skills with Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
