📋 Description

  • Build a pipeline of channel partners across payments, remittances, payroll, and marketplaces.
  • Lead outreach, qualification, and relationship development with target partners.
  • Structure partnership proposals and negotiate terms to close 20+ partnerships in 2026.
  • Design onboarding processes and activation playbooks for new partners.
  • Monitor partnership performance and collaborate with Product, Ops, and CS for partner success.
  • Conduct market research on priority markets and track trends in stablecoin/crypto payments; report MAU impact.

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years in business development, partnerships, or sales in fintech/payments/remittances/crypto.
  • Demonstrated ability to structure deals and close partnerships (not just support).
  • Proven experience building repeatable processes/frameworks in ambiguous environments.
  • Familiarity with stablecoin infrastructure, cross-border payments, or emerging market fintech.
  • Nice to have: Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Nice to have: B2B2C or platform partnership experience.
