Airtable is seeking a Product Marketing Lead, PLG to drive product-led growth and market adoption. You will partner with Product, Growth, Revenue, and Sales to design and execute go-to-market strategies that accelerate adoption of Airtable's products.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute PLG strategies to optimize user acquisition, activation, and expansion.
- Collaborate with product, design, analytics, and sales to shape positioning and messaging.
- Run experiments, measure growth metrics, and iterate on experiments to improve activation and retention.
- Develop enablement materials and content for GTM motions and product launches.
- Lead cross-functional programs to drive demand and conversion in a SaaS environment.
Requirements
- 7+ years in product marketing, growth marketing, or related field in B2B SaaS.
- Strong experience with product-led growth strategies and metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, storytelling, and collaboration skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze product usage and market data to inform strategy.
- Cross-functional leadership and project management across product, design, analytics, and sales.
