Field Training & Enablement Manager

Overview

Field Training & Enablement Manager at Airtable will design and lead field-facing training programs to empower our sales and customer success teams. This role collaborates with cross-functional partners to scale knowledge, improve performance, and drive adoption of Airtable across our customer base.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a scalable field enablement strategy for sales and customer success teams
• Create and maintain training materials, playbooks, workshops, and onboarding programs
• Deliver and facilitate engaging training sessions, both live and virtual
• Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to translate product updates into actionable enablement content
• Measure program effectiveness through metrics, dashboards, and ROI analyses
• Collaborate with regional managers to tailor programs for local markets and teams
• Coach field leaders and enablement ambassadors to sustain a culture of continuous learning

Requirements

• 5+ years of sales enablement, training, or program management in a technology environment
• Proven ability to design scalable enablement programs and materials
• Strong facilitation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to drive improvements
• Experience with enterprise software and SaaS sales cycles
• Openness to periodic travel as needed
