About Airtable
Airtable is seeking a strategic, results‑driven Country Manager to lead growth for Australia and New Zealand. You will own P&L, define the GTM strategy, and build a high‑performing local team.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the ANZ go‑to‑market strategy to grow revenue and user adoption of Airtable
- Build and manage a partner ecosystem including system integrators and strategic customers
- Hire, lead and scale a local team across sales, customer success, marketing and operations
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing and Customer Success to tailor Airtable to the ANZ market
- Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance metrics; manage pipeline, CAC, and LTV
- Represent Airtable at regional events and in the local tech community
Requirements
- Proven leadership experience in a country/region leadership role in Australia and/or New Zealand
- Track record in go‑to‑market execution, partnerships and revenue growth in a SaaS environment
- Strong cross‑functional leadership and stakeholder management
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment
