Airtable is seeking a Business Development Representative (Spanish speaker) to drive new business opportunities from London and across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who is fluent in Spanish and English, with a passion for technology and building relationships.

Responsibilities

Prospect and generate new business opportunities in London and across the EMEA region
Conduct outbound emails, calls, and social outreach to target accounts
Qualify inbound/outbound leads and schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives
Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a healthy sales pipeline
Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop targeted campaigns
Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer needs
Meet or exceed quarterly quotas

What we're looking for

1-3 years of B2B SaaS sales, sales development, or related experience
Fluent in Spanish and English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to meet targets
Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or similar systems
Based in London or eligible to work in the United Kingdom (on-site)
