Overview

Airtable is seeking a Business Development Representative (Spanish speaker) to drive new business opportunities from London and across the EMEA region. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who is fluent in Spanish and English, with a passion for technology and building relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and generate new business opportunities in London and across the EMEA region
  • Conduct outbound emails, calls, and social outreach to target accounts
  • Qualify inbound/outbound leads and schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a healthy sales pipeline
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales to develop targeted campaigns
  • Provide feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer needs
  • Meet or exceed quarterly quotas

What we're looking for

  • 1-3 years of B2B SaaS sales, sales development, or related experience
  • Fluent in Spanish and English
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to meet targets
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or similar systems
  • Based in London or eligible to work in the United Kingdom (on-site)
