Airtable is a modern platform that blends the features of a spreadsheet with the power of a database. We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative who is fluent in French to join our London team and help grow our presence in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Role overview

As a Business Development Representative, you will prospect, qualify, and nurture leads from French-speaking markets, working closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to build a robust pipeline in EMEA.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify inbound/outbound leads in French and English
• Manage and advance opportunities in the CRM
• Conduct discovery calls and product demos
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to drive revenue
• Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting

Requirements

• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
• 1-3 years of B2B sales or business development experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable with a fast-paced tech environment and CRM tools

Nice to have

• Experience with Airtable or similar tools
• Knowledge of the UK/EMEA markets
