Role: Brand Designer

We are seeking a Brand Designer to shape and steward Airtable's visual identity across product, marketing, and communications. You will translate brand strategy into tangible assets and guidelines that empower teams to tell a consistent and compelling story.

Responsibilities

Own and evolve Airtable's brand identity and design system across platforms
Create visual assets, typography, color systems, icons, and imagery that reflect the brand
Collaborate with product, marketing, and design teams to ensure consistency
Produce marketing and product visuals, presentations, and launch assets
Champion accessibility and inclusive design practices

Requirements

Strong portfolio demonstrating brand design, identity systems, and cross-functional collaboration
Proficiency with industry tools such as Figma, Illustrator, and Photoshop
Understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and design systems
Excellent communication and ability to work with multi-disciplinary teams
3+ years of brand design experience in tech or SaaS preferred
